What data we collect

• Application form: business name, contact name, email, phone, VAT number, address, outlet type
• Contact form: name, email, message
• Customer account and orders: business details, order history
• Technical: cookies, IP address, browser type

Why we collect it and legal basis

• To process trade account applications (legitimate interest and contract)
• To fulfil orders and manage accounts (contract)
• To send order notifications and account updates (contract)
• To improve the website (legitimate interest)

Who we share data with

• Web3Forms — processes messages sent through our application and contact forms and forwards them to us by email
• Our website hosting provider and payment and shipping providers, where needed to run the shop
• No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

How long we keep it

• Active customer accounts: for the duration of the account plus 2 years
• Rejected applications: 6 months then deleted
• Contact form enquiries: 12 months then deleted
• Legal and financial records: 7 years as required by German law (§ 147 AO — Abgabenordnung)
